ARE UNNATYRALLY NATURAL SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. All UNNATURALLY NATURAL products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by The Vegan Society & PETA.

WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE UNNATURALLY NATURAL PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All UNNATURALLY NATURAL products are formulated for sensitive skin and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

No. We’re a clean brand, meaning we use non-toxic ingredients, both natural and lab-created. While there are no regulated definitions of “clean" beauty or “all-natural" beauty, we define our clean product philosophy as focusing on the good best- in-class formulas (ingredients that are safe and effective, whether natural or synthetic) and cutting the bad (toxic or questionable ingredients that can cause more harm than good, again whether natural and synthetic). After all, not all "natural" ingredients are good for you and your skin and not all synthetic ingredients are bad. ARE UNNATURALLY NATURAL SKINCARE PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

We do not use any intentionally added gluten ingredients in our formulas. However, our products are not manufactured in a gluten-free (and also nut-free) facility so there is always the very small possibility of a cross-contamination.

ARE ALL UNNATURALLY NATURAL SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?

Some of our products are contains a light scent .

However, we always vet ingredients both natural and synthetic for safety—without sacrificing the complexity of a fragrance. 

Our fragrances contain only the essentials—nothing more.

All of the products are free from synthetic fragrance except the Cleansing Balm and Toner (Lotion) which contains below 1% for a better experience during application. This product has been tested and approved for all skin types under the supervision of a dermatologist and was proven to be very well tolerated at cutaneous level. The rest of our products have the natural smell of our ingredients.

Enjoy some peace of mind knowing our ingredients and formulas put your safety first.

Some of the products are available without fragrance.

ARE UNNATURALLY NATURAL SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

As always, your doctor should be your first stop, but yes, all our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations and guidelines applicable in each country in which they are sold. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding persons, and have any concerns about cosmetic products or ingredients, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before usage.

WHAT MAKES UNNATURALLY NATURAL PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

Our Refills are made of 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials and are 100% recyclable, except for the pump and the kraft box that the products arrive in are 100% compostable.

ARE UNNATURALLY NATURAL SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Yes, our products are clean and formulated with high global standards. 

Also cruelty-free, vegan, and formulated without phenoxyethanol, gluten, sulfates, BHT, and PEGs.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

NOT RIGHT NOW since our US company is not ready yet and we are shipping from Japan.

However we are planning to have —you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . Email hello@unnaturally-natural.com for a complimentary shipping label and a code for 10% off your next order.

At UNNATURALLY NATURAL, we are already committed to sourcing materials and ingredients that are kinder to the planet. But, thoughtful packaging is just a one factor and we will committed to work on harder in this subject.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States. We offer the following shipping options: Standard - $10 flat rate with delivery in five to eight business days via FedEx SmartPost. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Priority Two Day - $20 priority rate with delivery via FedEx.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created.

On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for any delays or TAX with carrier transit times.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days, except during holidays.

SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS

Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Not at this time, but we’re aiming to be available internationally in the future!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist you.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the hello@unnaturally-natural.com and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

US orders can be tracked by clicking here. International orders can be tracked by clicking here. Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up to seven business days for your package to arrive after it's been shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary based on where you are located and the shipping method you selected.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as UNNATURALLY NATURAL is not responsible for any mistakes. DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I'VE PURCHASED THROUGH AFTERPAY?
